Q – Are you Wedding Planners?
No – We specialise in providing Wedding and Event Décor items for hire as well as a styling service to help our clients put together a great event that suits their budget.
Q – Can we visit your showroom?
Yes – We are open by appointment only, so please contact us to arrange a time. We provide a free one hour consultation with those that would like to talk with us about styling and hire.
Q- Will you meet at our venue to discuss options?
Absolutely! That is a great way to use our expertise and we can help with planning your space and the décor that will give you maximum impact for your budget. We charge $75 for a one hour site consultation in the greater Wgtn area. POA for venues outside the area.
Q – Do you provide a service outside greater Wellington?
We have helped with bridal couples and School balls based in other areas. We can assist them with a DIY package that they can pick up and travel with. Or we can provide a quote for clients who would like a professionally installed service further afield.
Q – Do you have a minimum Hire?
Yes – minimum hire is $50 from our catalogue items.
Q – What are your payment options?
We prefer payment by Internet Banking.
Q – Do you charge a Deposit and Bond?
Yes – a deposit is required to secure hire and set-up services. We charge a non-refundable 25% deposit. Bond ranges from $50-$250 depending on the value of the hire. It is refunded within 3 working days. All details are included on your invoice.
Q – What do you charge for professional installation and removal of our wedding or event hire?
We will provide you with a customised and detailed pricing structure in our quotation. This will enable you to determine which parts you would like us to assist with.
